Refund policy

Every KIND product is made to order, which helps reduce waste and support ethical production. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.

If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Please contact us through our Contact Page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If eligible, we’ll guide you through a refund or replacement process.

What qualifies for a return or refund includes misprinted items, items that arrive damaged or defective, and orders lost in shipping after 30 days from the expected delivery date.

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size or color. Items with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are also not eligible. Hygiene-sensitive items like face masks cannot be returned. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are sent to Printful’s nearest fulfillment center, depending on where the order was originally shipped from. We’ll provide the correct return address after reviewing your case.

Refunds or replacements are typically processed within five to seven business days after the return is confirmed.

Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or are unclaimed will be donated after 30 days if we do not receive a response. These are not eligible for a refund.

Legal Notices

Printful does not accept returns of sealed hygiene items such as face masks. These will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipping or refunds.

For customers in the European Union: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods, or to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
