Yay Porto is a talented 24 year old designer from Tinambac who has always had a passion for creating beautiful clothing and accessories. Growing up, she was captivated by stories of ancient places and powerful women, especially after reading Ariadne as a child, which sparked her dream of visiting Crete one day. Inspired by those myths and the idea of resilience and creativity, Yay poured her heart into designing our Minara Tote bag, blending modern style with a hint of timeless storytelling. We’re so proud to feature her in our Local Colab section, where young artists like her shine and share their unique vision with the world.
